Free admission

Did you know that admission is free for all school pupils? You as a teacher, as well as accompanying parents or other professional or supervisory staff, can also visit the museum free of charge for preparation purposes and during the actual visit.

Cooperate with us!

We are looking for cooperating schools and classes that would like to help shape the Factory. Develop text or audio contributions with us, share your creative ideas with other schools, or work with us on the guidelines for interdisciplinary lessons.

We are keen to improve our program based on your needs and to make the museum an extracurricular place of learning. Exchange views with us so that we can learn what really works. We are also experimenting with new formats, such as live online connections to the classroom, to further deepen collaboration between the museum and schools.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Pi.lot Project

In a one-week seminar, young people aged 14 and older can train to become art experts and museum guides at Museum Brandhorst and the Pinakothek der Moderne. Under the guidance of experts, they learn about the background and contexts of modern art and design, while practicing public speaking and communication..

Kunstpaten

Kunstpaten don’t just present art, they make it an individual experience. This can be in a museum, but could just as well be in the midst of the city’s architecture, on an action-packed film set, or in the semi-darkness of a video installation. Unfortunately, this program is only offered in German.
