During a joint visit to the exhibition “La vie en rose. Brueghel, Monet, Twombly,” we will gather impressions and ideas for the depiction of flowers, blossoms and plants.
Using powerful strokes and colors, we will then conjure up our own luminous flower pictures, fantastic plants and plant patterns on paper. Quite in the style of Pop Art: anything but delicate. We’ll play around with various printing techniques. Whether stencil technique, monotype, material or stamp printing – there will be something new and exciting for everyone. The workshop will be run by freelance artist Elli Hurst.
Every Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m., the intergenerational drop-in format “Open Factory” provides the right setting to get creative with the whole family or with friends. You’ll find more information about our program and offers in our digital creative lab: Factory.
