SPACE FOR US
Would you like to get to know the museum and help shape what happens here? What would it be like if you could talk about the background to works of art yourself? Which work from the collection or the special exhibition would you like to introduce to others? How can you do that?
The meeting planned by and for young people takes place every second Thursday. It is there for your ideas and your group exchange. Together with other youth club participants, you can plan, express wishes and ask questions that come to mind during your visit to the museum. You organize the meeting. You can also put your ideas, curiosity and criticism into practice here. How we do this is the topic of these meetings.
Once school is over, head to the museum: every Thursday from 5:30 p.m., the youth club offers you a space to engage critically and creatively with contemporary art and the museum. Take a look behind the scenes of the museum: meet staff, make contacts with other visitors, expand your network, exchange ideas, get to know the collection, get creative yourself and much more!
The following formats take place on alternate weeks: "The museum presents…", "Space for us" and the "Silver Factory" workshops, where you can try out artistic techniques for yourself! No museum experience or previous knowledge is necessary, just bring your curiosity.
If you have any questions, you can find out more about the youth club here.
