FLIP BOOK
We explore this in more detail and then create an alter ego as another self, along with other protagonists and a story. What is on your mind? What do you observe around you? How do you feel in different situations? What do you want to express in pictures? In our workshop you can create your own funny or absurd characters and let them experience all kinds of things. They will come to life in your flip book, appearing as comic figures in your own story.
The workshop is run by Urte Ehlers, art historian and art teacher with many years‘ experience.
ABOUT THE SILVER FACTORY
Every second Thursday evening from 6 to 7.30 p.m., the free drop-in format “Silver Factory” provides the right setting for teenagers and adults to get creative. Inspired by Andy Warhol’s famous studio, the Silver Factory, various different techniques and themes entice us to take part in varied artistic endeavors across all media. Whether drawing, painting, using different printing techniques or dancing, whether analog, digital or hybrid, come by and be transported into the world of colors and shapes in a relaxed atmosphere.
