ABSTRACT STORIES
What inspires the artists of the Brandhorst Collection in their works? Travel memories, special places, feelings, experiences, mythological legends?
Inspired by the abstract language in Cy Twombly's works, we tell our own stories in our self-designed sketchbooks. With the help of the Décalcomanie technique, a form of color print, we let ourselves be guided by the process of chance. What personal memories will you capture in sketchbook form?
The workshop will be led by artist and graphic designer Elli Hurst.
