Description

This online workshop is about exhibiting artworks in museums. Are there other ways of presenting artworks than in a square, empty, white room, the so-called “white cube”? Since when has art been displayed on white walls and where does this come from? The American artist Keith Haring (1958-1990) looked for exciting new places for his artworks. Together we shall examine these places and what they are all about. Afterwards, we will get creative ourselves and build presentation spaces for our own small objects.
