Description
As little as necessary! Niele Toroni, Richard Tuttle, and André Cadere are renowned artists of Minimalism. For them, it is important to limit themselves to simple forms and colors. The material plays a major role. KAYA (Kerstin Brätsch and Debo Eilers) also work intensively with different materials. They investigate how an originally flat image becomes a spatial object.
In this workshop, you will explore woven materials. By cutting, layering, and connecting fabrics, you will create physical objects in space. You will discover how little is needed to create an image. And also what happens when you expand the image into space.
The workshop is run by the artist Diana Galli.
