Description
Where do you like to stand in a room? How do you move around in it? Can you hide yourself so that you are almost invisible? Or do you want to stand out?
Can you find the photographs by the artist Tarrah Krajnak in the exhibition “Confrontations”? She shows herself in various places—sometimes more visible, sometimes less.
In this workshop, you can think about visibility and invisibility and take your own photographs. At the end, you will create a small booklet with your pictures.
The workshop is run by the photographer Verena Hägler. She studied photography at the Zurich University of the Arts and works as a freelance photographer at the intersection of documentary, conceptual, and subjective photography. She has been involved in empirical urban research for a long time and published “RAND” (Spector Books) in 2022. She teaches at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, among other places.
THE OPEN FACTORY
Every Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m., the intergenerational drop-in format “Open Factory” provides the right setting to get creative with the whole family or with friends. Changing techniques and themes entice you to take part in varied artistic projects, and to stroll through the exhibitions. Whether drawing, painting, using different printing techniques or dancing, whether analog, digital or hybrid—we will take you into the world of colors and shapes and appeal to your imagination and creative spirit.
