Description

You can probably already do quite a lot—but what if your body had special powers in the future? Would you be able to fly, or change your size at the push of a button? Would you be a hero or a monster?

Our exhibition mascot Cyborg Xen will take you by the hand and accompany you through the sculpture exhibition “Future Bodies.” Together we will think about how the bodies affect us: lively or strange, funny or disturbing? What might their functions be? Why were they built and how do we feel around them?

The children’s activity booklet for the exhibition offers many ideas for drawing, creating, and thinking! Maybe you'd like to help Xen create a tech buddy of his own?

The art education program accompanying the special exhibition "Future Bodies from a Recent Past" was developed as part of “dive in. Programme for Digital Interactions” of the Kulturstiftung des Bundes (German Federal Cultural Foundation) with funding by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media (BKM) through the NEUSTART KULTUR programme.

The program was also generously supported by PIN. Freunde der Pinakothek der Moderne e.V.
