Description

Every second Saturday of the month at 4 p.m., children can explore the exhibition by the Scottish artist Lucy McKenzie in a one-hour guided tour. Our popular creative booklet is supplied free of charge.

In this guided tour we invite children aged between six and twelve on an adventurous expedition through the exhibition by the Scottish artist Lucy McKenzie at Museum Brandhorst. Together we explore the varied pieces and learn more about her works. As an aid we are using an activity booklet that was created specifically for this exhibition. With its lovingly designed tasks, it accompanies children through the exhibition and offers exciting ideas for research and drawing.

For children aged between 6 and 12

Meeting point: Museum information desk

PLEASE NOTE: The tour on November 14 is fully booked!

When planning to visit the museum, please refer to our information on protective measures. Wearing a face covering (covering both mouth and nose) is mandatory.

The creative booklet was made possible by the generous support of Bernhard and Julia Frohwitter, as well as the Udo and Anette Brandhorst Foundation. LYRA supports children’s imagination by supplying the many coloring pencils that are used throughout the museum. The booklet was developed and designed by Christine Ziegler and Carla Nagel and edited by Ilana Weinreich. Both the booklet and the pencils are supplied free of charge in the museum.
