In the dialogue series, we invite you to discuss works of art at the Museum Brandhorst in a relaxed evening atmosphere. Today, the singer, songwriter, author, lecturer, and scholar Sezgin Inceel is our guest. He earned his doctorate in music education, researches multilingualism, gender, intersectionality, and community music, and has published numerous artistic works. In his podcast “Yine Yeni Yeniden 90’lar,” he analyzes Turkish pop from the 90s from a queer-feminist perspective. We will talk with him about the exhibition “Carrying” and his perspective on the topic.
