More about the artwork

Part showcase for the fashion label Atelier E.B (Beca Lipscombe and Lucy McKenzie), part infomercial for a particular feminine hygiene product, ‘The Girl Who Followed Marple’ delivers its commercial message wrapped in the familiar yet skewed genre conventions of a made-for-TV thriller. Made in collaboration with Richard Kern, the film is exhibited as part of ‘Lucy McKenzie – Prime Suspect’, Museum Brandhorst's mid-career survey of the Scottish-born, Brussels-based polymath.
