Summer Fête

FRI 17.06. from 19:00 p.m.

The entire Museum Brandhorst is putting itself and its collection on show in new displays.
To mark the opening of the exhibitions ‘Cy Twombly: In the Studio’ and ‘Schiff Ahoy – Contemporary Art from the Brandhorst Collection’ the Museum Brandhorst is throwing open its doors to hold a summer fête.

Welcoming speeches will be given by:
Dr. Bernhard Maaz (director-general of the Bayerische Staatsgemäldesammlungen)
Achim Hochdörfer (director of the Brandhorst Collection)
Patrizia Dander (curator at the Museum Brandhorst)

Doors open at 18:30, the exhibitions will stay open late into the night, until 23:00
Live DJ set from 21:00 in the museum foyer.
